How is payment handled?
Payment is collected at the conclusion of the onsite walkthrough.
Final reports are delivered after payment is completed.

How long does an onsite assessment take?
Most appointments last 2–4 hours, depending on the size of the property and the service package selected.
When will I receive my written report?
A same-day onsite walkthrough is completed after the assessment.
Your full written report is emailed within 3 business days.
Do I need to prepare anything before the appointment?
No preparation is required. If you have specific concerns or areas you’d like reviewed, you’re welcome to point them out during the walkthrough.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve areas within 1 hour of Greenville, SC for standard packages.
The Prepared Package is available anywhere in South Carolina, with select areas of North Carolina also covered.
